Description Our Taranaki team are currently working on some very exciting commercial projects, and we are looking for a Site Supervisor to join us. In this leadership role you are accountable for all work being completed according to the project specifications and timeframes, and to a high standard of quality and safety. This role supports Site Managers and Project Managers, you'll be working with some of the very best construction leaders. Success in this role is someone that demonstrates and applies excellent trade and task knowledge, supervision experience, a clear and engaging communication style, organisation and commitment. This role is 45 hours per week with occasional rostered Saturday work when the projects require it. This role will pay between $94,250 and $95,750 per annum depending on skills and experience. Main Responsibilities Works completed efficiently in accordance with the contract program. Works defect free at completion. Occasionally required to collaborate with the leading hands and carpentry teams in a supervisory capacity. Provide support to the Site Manager with reporting on compliance and quality. Address any obstacles or variances that arise in meeting the work program. Works completed safely, in which no person is hurt, and no property is damaged. Skills & Experience Required Construction management degree or Trade Qualification. 5 - 10 years experience in a site supervision role. Computer literate. Demonstrated experience in managing teams across large scale projects. Proven ability to deliver on time and within budget. Expert knowledge of NZ Building Construction requirements. Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, a collaborative team player.
