Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team at our Glenbrook facility. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring that shuts, projects, and other site activities involving IMG personnel are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Organise Workflow: Plan and coordinate daily tasks, ensuring that staff clearly understand their responsibilities and work requirements for the day.
Resource Management: Ensure that jobs are resourced correctly all team members have the necessary materials, to perform their tasks effectively.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and address any problems with work quality promptly and effectively, ensuring that all products meet required standards.
Estimating & Quoting: Assist the Estimating Team with technical knowledge and information around quoting opportunities. Work with Supervisors and Trades personnel to identify labour, material, and time requirements.
Client Relationship Management: Engage in site and customer visits to support the sales process.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in site supervision, or a similar role within the engineering industry.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards.
Excellent supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
