We currently have opportunities for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. About the Role: You will be responsible for the day to day running of your site, ensuring the whole team is working towards the common goal of completing works on time, on budget and to required quality. You will run daily pre-starts and toolbox meetings ensuring all site staff are aware of their responsibilities as well as focusing on health & safety to make sure all our staff get home safely at the end of each day. You will be working on interesting and career enhancing projects within a team that works hard but also gives you the freedom to take responsibility for your work, while also giving you the training and support to enable you to grow your career. About You: You should be an experienced supervisor coming from a background in in large scale bulk earthworks and/or civil projects. You will be highly experienced in operating a wide variety of plant such as excavators, bulldozers, graders, compactors, scrapers, etc, and have proven leadership skills. In addition, we're looking for the following: Earthworks experience including residential & commercial sub division experience and complex soil mixing Drainage, pavements, concrete works & utilities to local council specificationsSound knowledge of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements in relation to civil construction worksAbility to interpret and advise on designs and project plansCoordinate and implement technical standardsDevelop, review and/or monitor engineering deliverables and manage technical issues appropriatelyExcellent written and verbal English language skillsCommunicate effectively with site staff, sub-contractors, engineers and management on site and technical mattersWhat's on offer?
