We are looking for an experienced and talented site services engineering professional based in Kaiapoi, where we operate a factory, product development and warehousing & logistics facilities and maintain our head office. This is a key support role where you will be charged with ensuring all site buildings and utility services are maintained effectively to meet our operational standards.
Key Elements Responsible person for site engineering and contractor safety management systems with experiecne in contractor accreditation management & PTW / JSA system management.
Coordinating site building and grounds maintenance
Cleaning / Painting and physical repairs to all building components Management of warehouse and dispatch systems (warehouse storage racking / auto doors / dock levellers) Building systems maintenance and coordination of BWOF compliance Responsible person for the management of site utilities
Boiler Plant Wastewater Systems Air Compressor Plant Potable Water Systems Refridgeration Plant Site Electrical Distribution System Site Hazardous Substances Storage Facilities and Controls You will have a real can-do attitude and enjoy being part of a diverse wider team. Your previous maintenance management systems (CMMS) experience will help you ensure everything from our warehouse and dispatch systems to drinking water is working accurately and efficiently. Engineering trade qualified, you will have the support of the rest of the Engineering team, with whom you'll also engage on day-to-day and various Engineering project work.
