About the Role: We here at Ceres Organics are on the hunt for a Site Services and DC Administration Coordinator to join our fantastic team.
In this role, you will be the main site services contact for our Head Office and Distribution Centre based in Mount Wellington, Auckland.
You will be responsible for managing contractor relationships, site repairs, quotes, site improvement projects, site inspections, and more.
You will also be required to help manage the export process with the Distribution Centre Team Leads as well as support with inventory processes and other DC-related administration and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure any maintenance matters are addressed in an efficient and timely manner.Ensure all matters relating to the BWOF are undertaken to meet required levels at all times.Implement regular reviews of services and costs relating to the business's site services function.Assist the inventory manager with various inventory tasks.Help maintain 98% inventory accuracy.Work with the export team to ensure the smooth and safe processing of export orders.Manage the export orders in the WMS system to allow for accurate order processing.What's in it for You?
