About the opportunities We have 2x SRE vacancies - open to Intermediate and Senior SRE Engineers. Both roles are Auckland-based (CBD) and offer hybrid working.

Join our SRE squad and work alongside experienced Engineers focused on automating the operation and running of our systems as well as enabling maximum change velocity and system reliability. You will report to a Team Lead who is invested in providing mentoring and supporting your growth. Your day-to-day work will involve the development, maintenance, and deployment of Infrastructure as Code, platform management (monitoring, alerting, provisioning, and configuration), enabling other teams to seamlessly interface with the platform, as well as identifying areas for improvement and where possible, implementing those improvements. You will also have a chance to contribute to a key ongoing project: developing further our self-service model that is used by multiple Engineering teams across the organization. Our tech stack: Azure DevOps, AWS, PowerShell, Python, New Relic, Docker, Kubernetes. What are we looking for? All SRE candidates: Outside of the box thinkers who enjoy being in an environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement; Prior professional experience in an SRE role as well as a good understanding of SRE practices; Good verbal and written communication skills; Collaborative team players. Senior SRE candidates: Bicep experience is preferred, but if you have comparable experience with Terraform, we'd still love to hear from you! Must have good Azure experience, especially with Azure DevOps, Azure pipelines, Azure APIs; Previous experience with coaching/mentoring Junior and Intermediate SRE Engineers is advantageous. Intermediate SRE candidates: Azure experience is preferred, but if you have experience with any other cloud provider, we'd still love to hear from you!
