The Opportunity


This is an exciting opportunity to make a huge impact and contribute to Suntory Oceania's vision of being a best in class beverage manufacturer. You will work closely with the site operations director to help define the strategy and drive process improvements within our Wiri site. There is plenty of opportunity to grow within this role and create meaningful changes.

What you'll be doing


Lead the Continuous Improvement (Monozukuri Way) of our Manufacturing processes, systems, procedures, and workflows to drive improved performance.
Manage the design and implementation for the site education program, to increase competency and capability development of our Manufacturing teams.
Create site policies and ensure they are effectively implemented.
Manage our Six Sigma site methodology, coach and mentor team members undertaking six sigma projects and or qualifications.
Manage Capital project integration into the operating system at Wiri.
Lead all change management for Wiri site ensuring effective delivery.
Contribute to and monitor departmental strategy.



What's in your toolkit?



Experience in Process or Improvement Engineering role within FMCG beverage manufacturing or relevant highly regulated industry.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing process technology improvement initiatives.
Strong Lean manufacturing industry experience utilizing six sigma concepts and tools.
Experience training and mentoring site employees.
Experienced in Manufacturing change management.
A continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to get out on site and understand how we do things.
