About The Opportunity
We're looking for a Site Operations Manager to lead our warehousing and transport teams at our fresh produce market in Hamilton. This newly created opportunity manages a team of approximately 15 people in stores, warehousing, and truck driver roles across both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities Include
Oversee all inwards, dispatch, and transport operations for the site
Lead and develop the operations and transport team to create an engaged, customer-centric culture
People management including recruitment, health and safety, performance management, rostering, and labour budgets
Ensure inventory management controls are in place
Build strong relationships with growers, customers, and all internal teams
Communicate delivery performance and ensure service levels are met
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of site operations
About You
Experience leading stores, warehousing, and transport teams
