Site Managers x 2 - Fixed term - Penny Homes, RotoruaSkip to contentLong established award winning prominent builder Penny Homes requires 2 x Site Managers for fixed term projects based in their Rotorua division.One SM to start immediately, the other SM to start on project in Jan 25.You will be responsible for managing multiple dwellings and activities, to assist in developing relationships with the client in accordance with the agreed business plan.Reporting to the regional Project Manager this role will require site supervision and subcontractor supervision which includes all trades and subcontract crews.The role will involve managing new build project sites.You will be expected to manage the, schedule and progress of your allocated projects, ensuring that all timeframes & priorities are met, with no compromise to the standard of workmanship and quality of these homes. You will ensure that the companies brand is protected by delivering excellence in customer service acting in the best interest of the company at all times.This role will require you to have solid experience working in the residential construction sector, ideally coming from a trade background in carpentry and perhaps having reached a LBP certification.
