The Role
We are looking for a Site Manager with experience in commercial construction and team leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to our high standards.

As a Site Manager, you will uphold Livingstone values and purpose on site. You will oversee all daily activities on site, prioritize safety and meet deadlines without compromising on quality and excellence. The ideal candidate will thrive on job variety, excel in leadership and reporting, and possess strong commercial building experience.

Responsibilities: Read and interpret plans and specificationsOversee foremen, carpenters, apprentices, and other sub-contractorsDeliver toolbox talks and H&S inductionsIdentify and manage site risks as well as monitor QA & QCManage client expectations and work collaboratively with all site staffQualities and Qualifications: Trade carpentry qualification5+ years' experience in a hands-on carpentry position and site managementExcellent communication and planning skillsAbility to work with a diverse teamFamiliar with MS Office, Procore, MS ProjectPeople management and leadershipStrong commitment to best practices in Health & Safety, Sustainability, and Environmental standards.About Livingstone:
