Site Manager

This is a main contractor that has built a successful track record with delivering key government projects across healthcare, schools, universities, and other social infrastructure projects. They have a huge depth of construction expertise delivering standout technically challenging projects. They are actively growing and offer long-term security of work.

They are now looking for a site manager with the ability to site manage the commercial build aspects of a processing plant project in the pipeline, especially fitout.

You will be:Managing the on-site construction teamManaging sub-contractorsDriving the construction programManaging site OSHConducting site inductions Your background will include:10+ years previous Site Management delivering vertical projects in excess of $30MTertiary and/or trade qualificationsStrong track record of delivering projects at a high quality and on timeStrong understanding of construction techniquesExcellent working knowledge of programming and reading plansStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be proactive, graft through the challenges and handle a fast-paced working environment This contractor has been successful in attracting and retaining the best staff in the industry.

Salary: $140K - $160K pending experience.
