Join a leading contractor in the commercial construction industry, committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.My client is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered to programme and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires solid knowledge of construction practices, excellent leadership abilities, and familiarity with contractual requirements and regulations.Due to a strong pipeline of work forecast to start in 2025, they are starting to shortlist for an experienced Site Manager to join the team.Key Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, manage, and deliver projects to programme and within budget constraints.Utilize a strong background in construction trades to effectively oversee site operations.Read and interpret plans across various disciplines to ensure accurate project execution.Lead and coordinate the wider project site teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Implement and maintain construction health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Document progress reports, safety audits, and commercial reports to track project milestones and compliance.Understand and adhere to NZS 3610 and NZS 3916 contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Work closely with territorial authorities from consenting stages through to obtaining CPU and CCC.Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 + Vehicle depending on experience.If this sounds like a great opportunity for you, please contact Oliver directly or apply via the advert.
