As a Construction Site Manager / Construction Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the following:managing safety, quality control, logistics, and ensuring the project progresses smoothly.coordinating workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on the construction sites.Manage safety, quality control, logistics, and ensuring the project progresses smoothly.Liaise with architects, engineers, and staff to keep the project on track.Overseeing safety: assess risk by identifying potential problems and finding strategies to mitigate them, liaising with workers and HS&W Lead as needed. Ensuring the site complies with health and safety guidelines.Oversee construction projects from start to finishManage project timelines and schedulesEnsure projects are completed within budgetCoordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workersManage communication between project stakeholdersEnsure compliance with building codes and safety regulationsIdentify and resolve project issues and conflictsMaintain accurate project documentation and records.
