As a Construction Site Manager / Construction Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the following: managing safety, quality control, logistics, and ensuring the project progresses smoothly. coordinating workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on the construction sites. Overseeing safety: assess risk by identifying potential problems and finding strategies to mitigate them, liaising with workers and HS&W Lead as needed. Promote worksite safety through regular site inspections. Raising and progressing incident reports. Ensuring the site complies with health and safety guidelines. Oversee construction projects from start to finish Manage project timelines and schedules Ensure projects are completed within budget Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers Manage communication between project stakeholders Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Prepare site reports and update various stakeholders on the project's progress. Secure necessary permits and approvals Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
