This long-term project involves enhancing the site with new buildings,refurbishing existing structures, and rejuvenating common areas. The aim is to create high-quality, fit-for-purpose buildings and infrastructure with low-maintenance characteristics, improving the overall look and experience of the property. Role Description: The Site Manager will oversee the refurbishment of existing buildings, new constructions, infrastructure upgrades, landscaping, and maintenance. Responsibilities will Include: Managing site health and safety. Overseeing employees and subcontractors. Interpreting plans and ensuring compliance with NZ building codes. Managing multiple projects and construction programs. Completing QA sign-offs for contractors. This Role Will Suit Someone with All or Some of the Following Background / Experience / Qualities: Trade qualified with a commercial background. LBP Site 2 qualification. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to develop and follow construction programs. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
