The role
As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to drive project success and exceed client expectations.
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years experience in the construction industry as a Site Manager
Trade Certificate or tertiary qualification related to construction
Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
Good communicator and able to deal with a fast-paced environment
Experience in reading plans, managing sub-trades, toolbox meetings, and keeping everyone on track.
