Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer - Packaging, this pivotal role takes full responsibility for the operational aspects of the plant to deliver or exceed all business targets including EHSR compliance and behavioural excellence, continuous improvement of all aspects of the operation including quality, plant reliability, productivity, cost and waste, whilst developing a high performing team as the champion of coaching and development.
