Due to a strong forward workload going into 2025 they are now looking to bring on a Site Manager to add to the already strong construction management team.PROJECT DIVERSITYProjects ranging from $200K to $20M in valueNew Builds, Refurbishments / Extensions & StrengtheningEducation, Health & Aged CareIndustrial / Warehousing & ManufacturingGovernment SectorResidentialWHAT'S ON OFFER FOR YOU?Basic salary from $90K - $120KFully expensed company vehiclePhone and laptop providedKiwiSaver contributionsProfessional developmentTHE ROLEWork in a close-knit team of Directors, Managers and Site staffComplete site management for projects $200K - $20M in value in the Hawke's BayProject co-ordination – direct all on-site construction activities, manage project timelines ensuring efficient workflowFinancial management – Monitor and control project budgets, prepare financial reports and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetTeam and resource management – supervise internal teams and sub-contractors, allocate workforces and monitor performanceHealth and safety – ensure sites are compliant and meet regulationsLiaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and clientsStakeholder communicationWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?A Site Manager with 3 - 5 years of experience in site management with a commercial main contractorTrade qualified in Carpentry / Joinery or similarStrong communication skills for internal and client managementCan-do attitude & drive to achieve good results for the clientSomeone with a strong commitment to health and safety practicesProficient in project management softwareExcellent organisational and people skills
