Site Manager

Our client in Napier is looking for a Project Manager.
Job Description In this role, you will lead and manage projects within a mid-size commercial and education division from start to finish. This includes handling tender interviews, issuing contracts, negotiating with subcontractors, and working with your site teams to ensure each project is delivered to the highest standards. Your focus will be on completing projects on time, within budget, with zero defects, and achieving a level of client satisfaction that you can be 100% proud of.

What you will need:
A good sense of humourCarpenter trade qualification 7 years' experience in the NZ building environmentAwesome communication skillsThe ability to understand, monitor and ensure contractual obligations are met. A detailed understanding of relevant NZ legislation and industry compliance standardsAn excellent understanding of site safety planning and implementationAn ability to integrate into a high-performing team with an enviable record of successful deliveryThe ability to multitask at a number of levels Pass a pre-employment medical with drug testEmbedding a Health and Safety CultureNo MOJ record for 5 years NZ resident or NZ work visaThe client will offer:
