Description We are looking for a Site Manager to work for one of the construction companies in Napier who is available to start immediately.
In this role, you will lead and manage projects from start to finish. This includes handling tender interviews, issuing contracts, negotiating with subcontractors, and working with your site teams to ensure each project is delivered to the highest standards. Your focus will be on completing projects on time, within budget, with zero defects, and achieving a level of client satisfaction that you can be 100% proud of.
What you will need: A relevant tertiary or trade qualification
Minimum 3 years' experience in the NZ building environment
The ability to understand, monitor and ensure contractual obligations are met.
A detailed understanding of relevant NZ legislation and industry compliance standards
Understanding of site safety planning and implementation
Ability to integrate into a high-performing team with an enviable record of successful delivery
Pass a pre-employment conviction and drug test
NZ citizen, resident or NZ work visa holder
