Naylor Love is shaping the future of construction in New Zealand; join our team today and love your job tomorrow.The opportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated Site Manager with proven site management and supervision in trade teams in New Zealand.
You will have experience working with a main contractor on large projects in New Zealand.As a Site Manager, you will be experienced in overseeing the construction phase of projects from commencement to completion and have the appropriate skills for developing and motivating others.
You will also implement our Health and Safety culture and be committed to achieving a zero-harm work environment.It would be expected that you take ownership of outcomes for assigned projects, ensuring that the projects are delivered safely and successfully by developing a team oriented and collaborative work environment with a quality and cost-effective service being delivered to our clients.Skills and qualifications:Minimum of five years experience as a site manager leading all site functions in large commercial and industrial projectsA proven track record of delivering complex and challenging projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with the quality and safety standardsExcellent people skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse and high-performing teamStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with various stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools and applicationsA valid driver's license and a willingness to travel to different sites as requiredWhy work for usNaylor Love is one of the largest construction companies in New Zealand and regarded in the marketplace as 'simply one of the best.'
