Site Manager

This mid size main contractorhas experienced goodgrowth with smart Directors at the helm targeting jobs in the $5M - $30M range with successful wins and/or impressed clientsoffering repeat work.

They now looking totake on a Site Managerthat will be working on $5M - $10M jobs.
The projects are a mix of schoolnew builds + refurbishments + reroofs, remediations/weathertightness projects and major fitouts
Typically, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of all activities including safety and the supervision of suppliers, subcontractors and contractors to meet time and quality agreements.

You will have a carpentrytrade qualification and at least 5 - 7yearssite experience across commercial projects.
You are a great communicator who can liaise effectively with clients, subbies and the team.
You should be a person who can demonstrate commitment in previous roles and be confident to date in your performance.
This role would most suit a site supervisor or managerwith leadership skillslooking to get in with a contractoroffering more structure, a career path and opportunity to exerciseyour management skills.

Salary $115K - $125K + vehicle
