Site Manager

This mid size main contractorhas experienced goodgrowth with smart Directors at the helm targeting jobs in the $5M - $30M range with successful wins and/or impressed clientsoffering repeat work.They now looking totake on a Site Managerthat will be working on $5M - $10M jobs. The projects are a mix of schoolnew builds + refurbishments + reroofs, remediations/weathertightness projects and major fitoutsTypically, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of all activities including safety and the supervision of suppliers, subcontractors and contractors to meet time and quality agreements.You will have a carpentrytrade qualification and at least 5 - 7yearssite experience across commercial projects. You are a great communicator who can liaise effectively with clients, subbies and the team.
