Excellent salary, benefits & package on offer!!Work on an exciting & pivotal $300M+ project!Join a leading tier 1 main contractor with an exciting future lined up!Grada Recruitment have partnered with a leading Tier 1 Commercial Construction company in Wellington to help them secure a Site Manager to assist with a high profile Commercial project!WHAT'S ON OFFER FOR YOU?Base salary of $140K - $170K.6% KiwiSaver contribution (on top of salary).Healthcare insurance policy scheme (after 6 months).Flexible working hours and 2 days working from home.Once yearly performance-based salary reviews.Phone & laptop.ABOUT THE ROLE?Commercial / Industrial construction projects from $50m - $300m+Management and supervision of all site workers including subcontractorsPlan, organise, and manage the site activities and resources, including staff, equipment, and materialsLeading and monitoring health and safety processes on siteEnsuring programmes of work and deadlines are met, including carrying out quality and safety checksLiaising with clients, councils and key stakeholdersCoaching and mentoring site staffSKILLS / REQUIREMENTS?Must have 3 - 5 or more years experience working as a Site Manager on medium / large Commercial Construction projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to cost management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and negotiate effectively.Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.Degree or relevant qualification in Construction Management or related field.If this sounds like you, give me a call or email on +******** or email your CV to ******** .
