WHATS ON OFFER FOR YOU?
Base salary of $140K - $170K.
6% KiwiSaver contribution (ontop of salary).
Healthcare insurance policy scheme (after 6 months).
Flexible working hours and 2 days working from home.
Once yearly performance based salary reviews.

ABOUT THE ROLE?
Commercial / Industrial construction projects from $50m - $300m+
Management and supervision of all site workers including subcontractors
Plan, organise, and manage the site activities and resources, including staff, equipment, and materials
Leading and monitoring health and safety processes on site
Ensuring programmes of work and deadlines are met, including carrying out quality and safety checks
Liaising with clients, councils and key stakeholders
Coaching and mentoring site staff
SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS?
Must have 3 - 5 or more years experience working as a Site Manager on medium / large Commercial Construction projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to cost management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
Degree or relevant qualification in Construction Management or related field
