With exciting projects in the pipeline across the South Island, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong services background that is willing to travel weekly (Monday-Friday).

In addition, you will:
Feed project progress to your PM including programme, site control, H&S & QA.Maintain project documentation & support with variationsEnsure construction works are within programmeProactively manage the site including multiple trades & sub-contractorsEnsure trades work to completion of works by due dates & contract obligationsEnsure quality is maintained, inspection of works & rectification work managedOversee sub-contractor inductions & all H&S site practices maintainedAbout you: You will be a hands-on Site Manager that can think on their feet and collaboratively problem solve. You will have the ability to drive the construction programme whilst following best practices. In addition to this, you will have the following attributes:
Experience in a similar role managing a commercial construction siteThe ability to manage multiple trades & sub-tradesA strong knowledge of different construction methodologies & types of buildsUp to date knowledge of building products & materialsA pro-active approach to H&S and quality managementIdeally exposure to Procore or Construction Management Software + MS Office suiteA positive, conscientious work ethic, you must be self-motivatedWilling to travel Mon-Fri if requiredIf you would like to be a part of the Apollo legacy and take up the Site Manager role – click "Apply" now!
