We are after a new Site Leader at our Ngatea store. For us, it is simple: you know retail, you live and breathe it, you have honed your leadership skills, and now you're ready to work for a business that values what you bring to the table.
Job Description
To become a Site Leader within our business you will need to showcase:

Your ability to engage and inspire a diverse team – people come first.
Food and coffee experience
A genuine customer-centric approach
Proven business and commercial acumen
Operational effectiveness and continuous improvement mindset
A passion for retail and customer service
Have resilience

Responsibilities will include:

Motivating and training site teams
Managing site sales targets and budgets
Maintaining financial records
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Stock ordering and control
Maximising profitability and meeting sales targets
Ensuring a safe environment and complying with all Health and Safety requirements
Execution of promotional material and displays
Liaising with the business head office
Managing rosters

Additional Information
Previous leadership experience preferred.
