We are after a new Site Leader. at our Ngatea store...for us it is simple, you know retail, you live & breath it, you have honed your leadership skills & now you're ready to work for a business that values what you bring to the table.
Job Description To become a Site Leader within our business you will need to showcase:

Your ability to engage and inspire a diverse team – people come first.
Food and coffee experience
A genuine customer centric approach
Proven business and commercial acumen
Operational effectiveness and continuous improvement mindset
A passion for retail and customer service
Have resilience
Responsibilities will include:
Motivating and Training site teams
Managing site sales targets and budgets
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Stock ordering and control
Maximising profitability and meeting sales targets
Ensuring a safe environment and complying with all Health and Safety requirements
Execution of promotional material and displays.
Liaising with the business head office
Managing rosters
Additional Information Previous leadership experience preferred
