Central AucklandClosing date: 20 September 2024Reference: 1088134Site Implementation Lead – Supply ChainFixed-Term Position, AucklandWe are looking for a Site Implementation Lead – Supply Chain to join us on a fixed-term contract until June 2026. This role will be responsible for leading the implementation of best practice Supply Chain processes and supporting the Inventory Management System throughout Southern Cross Hospitals.The Site Implementation Lead will require skills in effective stakeholder management and communication as they will work in close collaboration with the hospital supply chain teams, the senior leadership teams, and the wider project team to facilitate high quality implementation.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of best practice Supply Chain processes.Support the Inventory Management System throughout Southern Cross Hospitals.Collaborate with hospital supply chain teams and senior leadership.Minimum Requirements:5+ years of proven Supply Chain experience.Experience in direct or indirect leadership position(s) leading and motivating teams.Experience using an inventory management system and best practice Supply Chain processes.Experience working in a project environment.Qualification in Supply Chain, inventory management or related subjects or equivalent experience.Experience in the healthcare industry would be desirable.Ko wai matou | Our OrganisationSouthern Cross Healthcare is driven by a clear purpose to advance the provision of quality healthcare in Aotearoa New Zealand.
