We treasure our employees and would like to share our success with them by offering our senior staff shares.If you want to find a busy, efficient, and family-like team and be a partner in the business, please join us.Key Responsibilities:Managing and undertaking site establishmentSet up, manage, and issue weekly Construction Programmes and 4-6 week lookaheadsManage and deliver acquisitions of materials and manage subcontractorsQuality Assurance includes booking site inspections and attending Council pre-startsClient management and attending PCG meetingsPrompt reporting and updates to the Project ManagerComplying with all legislation, regulations, and codes of practiceAccount management, including site orders and deliveriesIdeal Experience and Skills:Level 6 qualification or higher in construction management, property management, or relevant areaThe ability to motivate, drive, and direct sub-contract labor3 years work experience as a site manager or similar roles can replace the academic qualificationExperience across the residential and/or commercial sectorSkilled in OH&S and industrial relationsExcellent organizational and operational skillsAdept in Microsoft Project and ExcelA problem solver and must be a team playerYou will need to work a minimum of 35 hours and a maximum of 55 hours per week.
You may need to work on weekends.We offer $35-60 per hour, depending on experience.
In addition, we will offer an annual bonus and company shares to our senior members.Job Type: Full-timePay: $35.00 – $60.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Waitakere, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Deadline: 14/10/2024
