You are also responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and within the budget. This position will base at TIL Head Office in Mount Roskill, Auckland. This is a Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 5.00pm role.The Role & Key Responsibilities:You will need to be adaptable, resilient and thrive working in a fast-paced environment. Your experience in the construction sector means you will be confident dealing with people at all levels, with a range of different styles and personalities.Work closely with the project delivery team and other site staff to make sure projects are on time, on budget, and have adequate resourcesAccurate and complete recording of all relevant information, including timely system updatesBuild strong relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders while maintaining a high service qualityprovision of advice and support to other on-site staff and civil/construction partnersAdherence to all civil/construction compliance standardsDaily management and resolution of issues on siteReporting on health & safety, quality, cost control and budget to project managers and directorsManagement of all onsite sub-contractors and third party staffAbility to read & interpret drawings and communicate relevant tasksProvide clear direction on tasks to be completed onsiteSkills & experienceMinimum of 2 - 3 years of site supervisory/management experienceCivil and roading experienceSolid understanding and ability to use technologyMust cope well under pressureApplicants for this position should have NZ residency/citizenship or a valid NZ work permits.Remuneration: Is based on experience, knowledge + SkillsHow do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
