Site Controller Manager Our Site Controller Manager is responsible for managing our world famous Bungy Sites, the Kawarau Bungy Bridge and the Nevis Play Ground.
You will be responsible for organizing the daily operational management & logistical management of the site as well as strategic operation, ensuring that all the operations perform to the strictest levels of Health and Safety and compliance requirements.
We have 3 vacancies available for Queenstown Bungy Ltd, based in Queenstown, OTAGO REGION and required to travel to the sites.
Permanent employment, 30 hrs minimum guaranteed per week plus additional work hours available at busy times.
Rostered to work 5 days each week (Sunday through Saturday) as we offer adrenaline rush activities & merchandise for customers 7 days a week.
Pay range of NZD30.00 to NZD33.00 per hour depending on your skill set.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience required to prove that you are a competent multi tasker who can lead or have a relevant New Zealand recognised qualification (diploma or higher).
In summary, some key tasks include: Overseeing of daily operational & logistical site management.Managing & overseeing the department supervisorsEnsure all contractors to site follow our H&S proceduresManaging availability/supply levels of activities/products for sale within booking system and on site.Responding professionally to customer inquiries & complaints (if any);Arranging crew work schedules, ensuring that crew are fit for work, well presented and display professional behaviour.Ensure crew levels remaining within workforce plans & budgets.
Monitoring & supervising crew with ongoing training as needed.Ensure all safety & security procedures are enforced at all times for both crew & customers.Maximise and drive daily sales targets of all products.Attending interdepartmental meetings, deliver reports, assist with planning in all areas.Must have a full NZ Drivers.You would need to commute for work between different Bungy sites peppered around Queenstown Lakes District, OTAGO REGION.
