We have a great opportunity for an experienced Site Controller to join us at La Bonne Cuisine at our East Tamaki site.Responsibilities:Daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting to Site Lead Team and Head Office, including detailed analysis of variances.Understand cost drivers to identify any risks/opportunities in adding value to site results, including labour and material efficiencies.Prepare budgets and forecasts and build initiative plans with stakeholders to deliver targets.Assist operations with standard costing reviews and BOM changes for the annual rollover.Active involvement in project implementation and reporting, including savings validations.Act as a financial controller ensuring financial integrity with all processes, internal controls and compliance (including internal audits and balance sheet reconciliations).About you:Degree qualified in business/commerce (accounting) with preferably CPA or CA.Preference 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience with a variety of software applications (Excel, Access etc).Understanding of transactional processes/core ERP systems.Ability to analyse and problem solve is paramount, along with good organisation and planning skills.You will demonstrate good communication skills across stakeholders of all functions and levels.About us:Pay for Performance – industry leading variable compensation offerings tied to company and individual performance on top of a competitive base salary package.Parental Leave – paid time off for both primary AND secondary carers.Leave Options – Purchased leave, volunteer leave and LiveWell leave programs to give you even more flexibility to plan your life and spend time on causes that matter.In House Training Programs.Corporate Discount Programs & Novated Leasing – Utilize a range of discount programs (gym membership, health insurance, banking) depending on location.Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer– Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.ABOUT USKraft Heinz is a global food company with a delicious heritage.
