Rodco require supervisors to help manage this growth. Full training and support from management along with excellent systems
Applicants maybe be experienced in the role or have strong practical skills covering preferably all facets of silviculture and establishment work.
They will be strong communicators who are at home working in a multicultural environment.
The successful applicants must be receptive to training and understand that no matter how much you know there is still plenty to learn.
