As aBusiness Development Manager | Account Manager, North Island, you will play a pivotal role in winning new business, driving revenue growth and managing client relationships.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the client base, focusing on high-spend prospects.Cold call and build B2B relationships within the signage industry.Specify directly to business decision markers in markets such as Civil, Construction and Vehicle Fleet Management.Cultivate relationships with existing clients to identify new growth opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.Prepare and deliver accurate, professional quotes and tenders to prospective clients.Provide innovative, best-fit technical solutions to meet client needs and drive business development activities to meet KPIs.Desired Skills and Experience We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated sales professional with the following:
Proven success in business development and account management, ideally with experience in signage, packaging, adhesives or similar. Where technical aptitude has been critical to your success.Technical knowledge from the signage industry (an advantage).Well-networked within the Auckland market.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients.Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.A proactive, results-driven approach.Ability to influence decision-makers and engage with diverse stakeholders within client organizations.Experience in presenting solutions and building influential relationships with key stakeholders.A demonstrated track record of winning and developing new client relationships.How to Apply
