Side Loader Operator

About the roleNormans Transport operate a fleet of container units between Auckland, Waikato and the Bay of Plenty.
We are seeking an energetic operator to join our team full-time to help us deliver the high-level service our customers rely on.The candidate we are looking for must be prepared to go above and beyond, be a team player and have a positive can-do attitude.
Attention to detail is a must.
Experience on a side loader is preferable; however, if you're an experienced class 5 operator with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, then we want to talk with you.This position is based out of our Hamilton facility and is part of a team that is responsible for the container movements that occur locally and within our yard.
This role reports to our Container Team Leader and the respective Dispatcher and is also responsible for truck operation, collections and deliveries directly to/from clients, truck loading/unloading, and truck presentation to uphold the professional image of Normans.The Company and CultureNormans have been in the industry for over 50 years and has a list of longstanding clients that remain today.
