To excel in this role, you should bring:Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling all customer needs.Bring retail experience and lead and support the team.Handle a varied and dynamic workload, from daily operations to team management and leadership.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Work with the Retail Store Manager to implement strategies for achieving sales targets and department growth.Use your tech-savvy skills to enhance operational efficiency.In this role, having some bathroom and plumbing experience is an advantage; however, it is not essential.
What we are looking for is a keen leader who is organized, eager to lead in a busy retail environment, and values great customer service.
This is a full-time role that will include one weekend day, and you will be directly reporting to the Retail Store/Sales Manager.
