To excel in this role, you should bring:
Exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling all customer needs.Retail experience to lead and support the team.Ability to handle a varied and dynamic workload, from daily operations to team management and leadership.Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Collaboration with the Retail Store Manager to implement strategies for achieving sales targets and department growth.Tech-savvy skills to enhance operational efficiency.In this role, having some bathroom and plumbing experience is an advantage; however, it is not essential.
We are looking for a keen leader who is organized, eager to lead in a busy retail environment, and values great customer service.
This is a full-time role, which will include one weekend day, and you will be directly reporting to the Retail Store/Sales Manager.
