We are searching for a retail professional who prides themselves on excellent customer service, and has the ability to provide on the spot solutions. If you love the great outdoors, even gardening/DIY and are unafraid to 'get your hands dirty', this fantastic role could be perfect for you.
About the role: Face to face customer service and product assistance
Process sales and associated administration
Assist customers with product faults - helping to troubleshoot in a face to face environment
Provide product and technical information (full training will be provided)
Process returns and damaged product
Liaise with the warehouse and parts assembly teams - jumping in to help them when needed
Hours of work are Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm
About you: You have experience in a retail/sales/customer service capacity
You're a real 'hands on' person for whom no job is too big or too small - you love getting stuck in to help your team mates
You have a positive and outgoing personality, who will thrive in a face-to-face role
You have the ability to build rapport and pride yourself on your great relationships with customers and team members
You are keen to work and be part of a collaborative and growing team!
