Fonterra Oceania is our newly formed entity that merges the Fonterra Brands New Zealand (FBNZ) and Fonterra Australia operations, aimed at enhancing our competitive position in the trans-Tasman dairy market. About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi We are seeking a Shopper Activation Lead to join our collaborative and dynamic team in a 12 months fixed term/secondment opportunity based from Auckland Fanshawe St. In this newly created role, you will lead the shopper marketing agenda for Fonterra's yoghurt and culinary portfolio including brands such as Fresh 'n' Fruity, Anchor and Kapiti yoghurt. Through a strong understanding of the retail landscape, shopper marketing for this core category plays a significant role in driving engagement and conversion along the path to purchase. You will lead development and delivery of annual shopper strategic plans (long and short term) in line with total business, category, brand and customer strategies to deliver agreed business KPI's including sustainable profit growth.
In this varied role, you will establish strong strategic partnerships with our customers to collaboratively develop mutually beneficial shopper marketing programmes for the yoghurt and culinary category aligned to business, category and brand growth objectives. An all-rounder, this role requires strategy development (Annual Category Shopper Plan, Customer Business Plans) and the ability to execute shopper programmes with excellence.
Reporting to the Head of Shopper and Digital- Oceania, you will track, measure and review the yoghurt and culinary shopper programme performance and provide recommendations to improve future programmes, as well as ensure timely delivery of communication and materials to enable best in class Shopper Marketing execution. This key role will see you leading the delivery of approved annual shopper plans for yoghurt and culinary in line with business expectations and ensure all BTL creative material is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
About you | Ko wai koe We are looking for a result-driven and self-motivated individual, who has an ability to multi-task and manage conflicting deadlines to efficiently deliver Shopper Marketing campaigns. You will have excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills, with an ability to influence others and foster strategic partnerships.
