Permanent Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
In this role you will:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and resolving any issues or concerns.
Coordinate with and train our volunteer staff.
Manage cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including balancing cash registers at the end of each shift.
Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
To be successful you will have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varying shifts.
Experience/interest in working with volunteers.
Second hand retail/fashion experience would be an advantage.
The ability to accept and process donations in a timely manner.
Knowledge around ensuring all goods are priced within the Price guidelines.
The ability to train and coach others - staff and volunteers.
