Shop Manager

Shop Manager - New PlymouthPermanent Full-Time (37.5 hours per week).In this role you will:Oversee day-to-day operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures;Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and resolving any issues or concerns;Coordinating and Training Volunteer Staff;Manage cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including balancing cash registers at the end of each shift;Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.To be successful you will have:Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Ability to work independently and as part of team;Flexibility to work varying shifts;Experience/interest in working with volunteers;Second-hand retail/fashion experience would be an advantage;Able to accept and process donations in a timely manner;Ensuring all goods are priced within the Price guidelines;Have the ability to train coach others - staff and volunteers;Ensuring all goods are priced within the Price guidelines.
