If you want to earn great money, soak up the sun, enjoy four days off in a row, and enjoy the best of this beautiful region, then we may have the role for you!About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee a small team at our 24/7 particleboard manufacturing facility at Kopu near Thames.
You will lead and motivate the team through daily toolbox meetings, ensuring productivity, evaluating quality, and making sure work is being carried out safely, effectively and efficiently.
While you will lead the team, you'll also be required to be 'on the tools' a fair amount of time.
The shift cycle is 4 days on, 4 days off (rotating) with 12 hour shifts.About You:The successful person will bring with them 3+ years leadership experience, have a positive mindset, and enjoy the challenges and rewards of leadership.
You will have prior manufacturing or construction experience and be self-motivated with an energetic and can-do attitude.About the Company:Kopine supplies a large quantity of particleboard as a substrate for decorative interior panels, notably the Bestwood and Prime Panels brands owned by Kopine's parent company, New Zealand Panels Group.
