About the role: This is a fantastic opportunity to have a hands-on role where you can lead and develop a team of 12 operators in the Finish Hall. This role will be key to fostering the development of a proactive culture where people take pride and responsibility for what they do. 
Key responsibilities: Provide effective leadership, coordination, and training to the team of employees, promoting a continuous improvement culture Ensure all Food Safety and QA requirements are being adhered toProactively solve challenges and adapt to changing situationsEnsuring high quality product is produced and continually identify areas for continuous improvementEvaluate performance, and identify development opportunities for staffHandling numerous tasks from payroll approvals, absenteeism and disciplinary issuesAbout you: The ideal candidate would have:
