Shift Runner

Title: Shift Runner
Location: Levin, Manawatu - Whanganui
Job Type: Permanent Fulltime, Minimum of 30 hours per week
Pay Rate bracket: $29.70 an hour and Employer is willing to go to $32.00 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities:

         Supervise and coordinate activities of staff during assigned shift
         Ensure that all operational procedures are followed, including health and safety regulations
         Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods.
         Ensure that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed
        Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
        Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
        Conduct staff interviews, training and performance evaluations and resolving staff grievances
        Prepare and maintain shift reports and logs
         Maintain a clean and organized work environment
         Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced

Preferred Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills
Relevant 1 year Experience as a Shift Runner or similar role / and or level 4 or higher qualification preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Commitment to safety practices and procedures
Ability to work various shifts, including evening, weekends and holidays
