We are looking for enthusiastic Shift Managers to join the team at McDonald's Fenton Street.
What you can expect on a day-to-day basis?
Deliver and manage outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness, profitability, and strong people practices on your shifts
Supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to
Comply with restaurant safety and security standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers
Take responsibility and ownership for ensuring food safety is maintained to the highest standard throughout the restaurant
Review and monitor guest counts and sales projections to align with shift targets and restaurant goals
Actively seek customer feedback to ensure an exceptional customer experience is achieved
Work within a team to deliver the best quality and fastest experience for our customers

Skills Required
Friendly, organised, and highly motivated
Experience in hospitality (ideally in management)
Be a role model and team leader
Confident in engaging with customers
Able to communicate clearly and effectively
Full working rights in NZ is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible working schedule and can work a range of shifts including nights/weekends
