Yashili NZ Dairy Company Ltd is a state-of-the-art Infant Formula Powder and nutritional powder processing as well as a consumer packing can-filling facility in Pokeno. Ingredients are blended and dried to manufacture high-specification products. Our capacity is in place to manufacture around 60,000 tonnes per annum. Our processes are unique and diverse and we are not your run of the mill standard milk powder processing plant.

This role is key in driving plant, people and processes within the Yashili powder production plant. In addition to being pivotal in delivering high quality product in line with the production schedule on a daily basis, the role is expected to use their knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques to generate improved plant performance over time - developing high performing teams through engagement and building capability is key. The role is expected to take a cross shift perspective on plant performance and to drive improvements in a coordinated manner with their peers.
