Shift Manager - Powder Production

Minimum 2 years of manufacturing leadership experience. High-level communication and quality system practices. Knowledge of Health & Safety practices. Computer literate with ERP system exposure. Food industry experience. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or Food Technology. Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Infant Formula, and Dairy Powder. Familiarity with Navision and FMCG experience. Role Responsibilities: Lead plant, people, and processes in the powder production plant. Ensure high-quality product delivery aligned with the production schedule. Utilize lean manufacturing techniques to improve plant performance. Develop high-performing teams through engagement and capability building. Coordinate improvements across shifts.
