Shift Manager

Follow instructions of the manager to achieve all financial targets allocated by the restaurant as per the annual operating plan and/or quarterly forecasts. • Follow instructions of the manager to Man a ge COGs %, food waste, labour, cash variance, and all other semi variables ensuring targets are achieved. • Accurate reporting complete in a timely manner. • Operate within established guidelines for expenditure and approval authority, • Ensure that approval is obtained from Manager/Owner where required. • Provide an excellent level of customer service and drive a customer service culture across the store . • Be responsible for running shifts and t rain and coach staff and drive performance . • Provide input towards staffing and stock requirements. • Resolve simple and basic complaints of the customers. • Resolve simple conflicts within staff members.   • Assist staff members at busy times.
