Responsibilities include: Ensuring the store runs continuously, with adequate staffing levels – this may also mean being contacted outside of your normal work hours in case of staff emergencies.
Training new and existing team members to be burger superstars.
Keeping stock in check by checking over ordering and conducting stocktakes.
Handling cash with 100% accuracy.
Maintaining impeccable food safety standards.
Assisting with recruitment to build a world-class team.
Hosting and attending shift manager meetings.
Conducting store audits and assessing performance of staff.
The role will typically be five days per week with two consecutive days off.
While we try to keep the roster fixed permanent, flexibility with hours and days to assist with covering annual and sick leave is required as we operate 7 days a week.

Previous hospitality or managerial experience would be a major bonus, but not an absolute deal-breaker.
